Definitions and Interpretation

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph887 login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals processed — is your responsibility unless you have notified ph887 of unauthorized access. ph887 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account.

Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Member's own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.2 Deposit Currency and Fees

All ph887 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your ph887 wallet instantly with no platform deposit fee. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business hour to reflect. ph887 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own fees or foreign transaction charges.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at ph887 is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction. ph887 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit requirements with reasonable prior notice.

5.4 Deposit Limits

Members may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their ph887 account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation, in line with responsible gaming best practice. ph887 may also apply platform-level deposit limits to accounts at its discretion.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Withdrawals cannot be made to third-party accounts. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. A Member's real-money balance must equal or exceed the requested withdrawal amount at the time of the request.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

ph887 targets the following withdrawal processing times for verified accounts: GCash and PayMaya — within five (5) minutes of request approval; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — within one (1) to two (2) business hours. ph887 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, network congestion, or circumstances outside its control.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits depend on account tier and verification status and are displayed in your account settings. High-volume withdrawal requests may be subject to additional identity verification checks.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

ph887 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances: (a) pending KYC verification; (b) suspected fraudulent activity or account compromise; (c) active bonus wagering requirements not yet met; (d) an open dispute or chargeback initiated by the Member; or (e) any reasonable risk management review.

Bonuses and Promotions

ph887 offers various bonuses and promotional credits to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

1. Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from completing the applicable wagering requirement are withdrawable.
2. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated for each bonus. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
3. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Live casino games, bingo, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate — the specific contribution percentage is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
4. ph887 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at its discretion if it reasonably suspects misuse, collusion, or abuse of promotional systems.

Gameplay Rules and Fairness

8.1 RNG and Game Integrity

8.2 Disconnection Policy

Prohibited Conduct

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with ph887 games or place bets;
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploitation must be reported to ph887 support immediately;
• Match-fixing or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using ph887 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes while retaining winnings derived from the disputed funds;
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph887 staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel.

Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by ph887

ph887 may suspend or restrict a Member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; pending KYC or enhanced due diligence review; receipt of a regulatory instruction from a competent Philippine authority; or any other circumstance where ph887 reasonably determines that account access poses a risk to the Member, other Members, or the integrity of the platform.

10.2 Closure by the Member

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting ph887 support. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance must be withdrawn to an eligible payment method. Bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to restrict their own access for responsible gaming purposes may activate self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting ph887 support. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent exclusion are available. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

Such interventions are protective in nature and do not constitute a termination of your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ph887 platform — including but not limited to the ph887 logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of ph887 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph887 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any ph887 content; reverse engineer any platform software; or create derivative works based on ph887 content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph887's total liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the ph887 platform, or any game shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member to their ph887 account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the claim.

ph887 is not liable for any: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data; or losses arising from circumstances beyond ph887's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, force majeure events, or regulatory actions by Philippine authorities.

Privacy and Data

ph887 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering for ph887, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ph887 Privacy Policy.

ph887 may share your personal data with: payment processors for transaction fulfillment; KYC verification service providers; regulatory authorities in the Philippines where legally required; and fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering services. ph887 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact ph887 support at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution of the dispute. ph887 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

15.2 Dispute Procedure

If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or to a competent Philippine court. ph887 cooperates fully with PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine regulatory bodies in the resolution of player disputes.

Amendments to These Terms

ph887 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Member rights, payment processing, or game availability — ph887 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via registered email or platform notification before the amended Terms take effect.

For non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographic errors, clarifications of existing terms, or updates to contact information), ph887 may update the Terms without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision date.

Your continued use of ph887 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using ph887 and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
